Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY :

Once your order is placed, it is processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). For the periods of big promotions such as: BlackFriday, Christmas, New Year, ... The orders can take more time to be treated. 2 to 3 extra days are needed to send your order.

RETURN :

Simply contact our customer service to return the product(s).

It will still have to meet several criteria:

The request for return must be made within 14 days after receipt of the product(s) The product(s) must be unused and new. The product(s) must be unused and new. If the product shows signs of use, we will unfortunately not be able to take it back. The entire contents of the order must be in perfect condition. If this is not the case, we may not be able to give you a full refund.

If you wish to return only one of the products you ordered, this is possible, the same rules apply as above.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs in the case of a return.



REFUND :

The refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order.
